Shipping Policy

Deliveries are ensured by the services of the company Bpost.
PRETTY INSIDE relies in each country on one of the local postal services and reserves the right to change international carrier if it deems it necessary. It is understood that this choice of PRETTY INSIDE will have no consequences for the buyer.
Delivery terms therefore differ from one country to another.
The delivery costs applicable to the order are those mentioned on the site at the time of the order.
When PRETTY INSIDE takes care of the delivery of the product, the risk of loss or deterioration of the Product is transferred to the customer at the time of delivery.
As an exception, the risk is transferred to the customer when the product is handed over to the carrier when the latter is responsible for transport by the customer and not by PRETTY INSIDE.
Delivery is made to the delivery address indicated by the customer. 
In the event of the customer's absence, delivery will be made to the mailbox according to the delivery option chosen by the customer.
Delivery times are counted from the day of the order.
If it is impossible to make delivery, due to an incorrect delivery address, no reshipment can be made and the customer will be reimbursed within a maximum period of 14 days from receipt of the order by PRETTY INSIDE.
Delivery times are those practiced by our partner Bpost. They do not exceed 10 working days for Belgium.
The delivery time may be up to 20 working days for international delivery whether for France or the Netherlands, this time being counted from the first working day after validation of the order (note that PRETTY INSIDE does not deliver products to the following countries: All countries except France and the Netherlands).
Exceptionally, on the day new products are put online, the delivery time may be increased by 7 working days, given the large and exceptional volume of orders.
In order for these deadlines to be respected, the customer must ensure that they have communicated accurate and complete information concerning the delivery address (such as street number, building number, staircase number, access codes, names and/or intercom numbers, etc.).
PRETTY INSIDE cannot be held responsible for delays in delivery which are not its fault or justified by a case of force majeure.
PRETTY INSIDE cannot be held responsible for any harmful consequences resulting from a delivery delay, only reimbursement of the product by PRETTY INSIDE being possible to the exclusion of any other form of compensation.
In the event of a damaged package, the customer must not accept the package and refuse delivery if the delivery person is present. Otherwise, do not open the package and contact customer service.
Delivery delay 
Orders typically take 2-3 business days to process and leave our facility. 
Once your order leaves our facility, it will be with you within 3-7 business days.
Delivery rates are calculated based on the value and weight of your order. 
Customs fees, duties and taxes
Additional customs fees may apply at time of delivery for orders outside of Europe. For more information about these fees, please contact your post office. PRRETTY INSIDE is not responsible for any charges issued and is unable to determine such charges prior to delivery.
PRETTY INSIDE is not responsible for packages for which a customer refuses to pay customs fees and will not refund any order that has not been returned to its facility. 
PRETTY INSIDE is not responsible for charges issued by customs that have not been paid by the customer. PRETTY INSIDE cannot be held responsible for delays in your shipment due to the carrier or postal holds issued by your country.
